Translation
Our prices are based on word count in your source document and start from £108 per 1000 words and it varies according to format and complexity of the text. There are no hidden costs or extra charges and after analysing the document, we will give you a precise quotation. Technical or medical projects that require specialist knowledge or research skills will always be completed by translators who have experience in the particular field.
For projects over 10,000 words, the discount of 10% applies.
Proofreading
Basic proofreading is included in the translation price but if your document will be published, we recommend an independent proofreading option which costs £50 per 1000 words.
For projects over 10,000 words, the discount of 10% applies.
Interpreting
• Face-to-face - £75* first hour, £50 per hour pro rata every hour after that – recommended if a meeting is planned for more than 30min (minimum charge – £75)
• Telephone interpreting - £15 – first 10 min block, thereafter £12 – each 10 min block (minimum charge - £15)
• British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting - £120 (up to 3 hours)

Sometimes for rarer languages we have to source an interpreter from further afield. In these instances, additional charges will apply to cover travel expenses.
